Terms of Service

By using Passive Analytics, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register a cloud account or use cloud services. You may clear local data at any time.

1. The service

Passive Analytics is a Chrome extension that passively organizes public data already loaded on supported Instagram, TikTok, or Threads pages you open. It provides local analytics, reports, snapshots, comparisons, and project management. Optional cloud services provide structured backup, cross-device restore, and team workspaces where included in the selected plan.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in method. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspaces. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, or automate abuse of credentials, device limits, or team seats.

3. Plans and limits

Creator, seat, device, and feature limits for Free Personal, Team, and Business are those displayed in the extension or product materials at the time. Paid access is initially confirmed and activated manually by the developer. Price, term, grace, suspension, and cancellation status follow the purchase confirmation. Except where required by law or agreed in writing, an active service period is not automatically prorated or refunded.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service only in browsers, accounts, and workspaces you are authorized to use, and comply with platform rules and applicable law.
Do not use the service to obtain non-public data, bypass access controls, infringe rights, distribute malware, or disrupt the service or other users.
Do not extract, publish, or misuse service credentials, secret keys, another user's data, or data from a workspace you are not authorized to access.

5. Third-party platforms and accuracy

Passive Analytics is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, Threads, or Google. Platforms may change pages, fields, or access methods at any time. Results may therefore be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or shown as N/A. Verify important data before relying on it for business decisions.

6. Your data and content

You retain rights in content you enter and data you lawfully use. You authorize us to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain cloud services. Data scope, retention, deletion, and service providers are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

We will reasonably maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or permanent support for any platform field. We may change or suspend features for security, legal, platform, or maintenance reasons. You may stop synchronization, leave a workspace, or use available controls to delete data and accounts. We may suspend or terminate cloud access for a material violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. We are not responsible for platform changes, third-party outages, missing data, or business decisions based on analytics. Our aggregate liability for direct damages attributable to the service is limited to the service fees you paid during the 12 months before the event. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law, updates, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). We will update this page and the effective date for material changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. For account, payment, data, or Terms questions, contact weiting@zhenguocool.com.
